Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Power Metal Packaging 3D portal. Please read them before creating an account: by registering you declare that you accept them.

1. Acceptance

Using the portal means fully accepting these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy. If you disagree with any of these documents, do not use the portal.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
• The account is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your credentials.
• You must confirm your email address to reach the configurator.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect someone else has accessed it, change your password and tell us.
• You may delete your account at any time from "My account".

3. Permitted use

The portal is offered for evaluating container formats, preparing artwork and requesting a quote from Power Metal Packaging. You may download the templates, renders and videos you generate and use them internally or with your design suppliers for that purpose.

4. Prohibited use

• Uploading unlawful or defamatory content, content infringing third-party rights, or content breaching beverage labelling rules.
• Extracting the models, templates or technical data in bulk or by automated means.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts, restricted areas or the service infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineering the portal or the three-dimensional models, or using them to manufacture containers with a third party.
• Overloading the service or interfering with its normal operation.

5. Your artwork

You retain full ownership of the artwork you upload. By attaching it to a quote request you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to reproduce it internally for the sole purpose of assessing feasibility and preparing the proposal. We will not use it promotionally without your express written permission.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over the files you upload and are answerable for third-party claims arising from their content.

6. Templates and outputs

Templates reflect the production measurements in force at the time of download. Three-dimensional previews are indicative: on-screen colour is not equivalent to colour printed on aluminium, and the final result depends on the decoration process. Always validate a physical proof with our technical team before production.

7. Quote requests

Sending a request is neither an order nor binding on either party. It is a request for commercial information. Any commitment will be formalised in writing in a specific offer.

8. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with prior notice unless the seriousness of the conduct or a legal obligation requires immediate action. You may close your account whenever you wish; deletion is immediate and permanent.

9. Changes to the service

We may modify, extend or withdraw portal features. If we change these terms substantially, we will tell you with reasonable notice through the portal itself or by email.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the jurisdiction stated in the legal notice.
