Power Metal Packaging is a trading name currently being incorporated as a company. While that process continues, ownership of and responsibility for the portal rest with the entity named above.

2. Purpose

This portal is a technical tool for professional use. It allows you to consult the specifications of the aluminium can formats manufactured by Power Metal Packaging, download their print templates, preview artwork on the real geometry of the container, and request a quote.

The three-dimensional views and renders the portal generates are indicative representations. They do not replace a physical press proof and do not guarantee the final printed result, which depends on the ink, the substrate and the decoration process.

3. Conditions of access

Access to the configurator requires creating an account and confirming your email address. Access is free of charge but reserved to professional users of legal age. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, graphic design, source code, trade marks, logos, three-dimensional container models and print templates on this portal belong to the site owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation without express written authorisation is prohibited. You are permitted to download and use the print templates for the sole purpose of preparing artwork for a container to be produced with Power Metal Packaging.

5. User-supplied content

Artwork you load into the configurator remains your exclusive property. By uploading a file you declare that you hold the necessary rights over it and that its content infringes neither third-party rights nor applicable law.

Until you send a quote request, your artwork is processed in your browser alone and is not transmitted to our servers. If you attach it to a request, it is retained in accordance with the privacy policy and used only to prepare the proposal you asked for.

6. Disclaimer

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the portal or the absence of errors, although reasonable measures are taken to avoid them. It accepts no liability for damages arising from use of the portal, from use of the templates outside their intended purpose, or from production decisions taken solely on the basis of an on-screen preview.

Published technical specifications are those in force at the time of consultation and may change. In the event of any discrepancy, what is agreed in writing in the relevant commercial offer shall prevail.

7. Links

Should the portal include links to third-party sites, the owner accepts no responsibility for their content or for the policies they apply.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the portal, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable rules. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of their domicile shall have jurisdiction.
